RETURNS

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Customer must pay the return shipping costs. 

Credit to your credit card will be given only on products returned unused in their original unopened packaging. 

Unless deemed defective, credit will not be given on opened and used products. On the rare occasion of receiving defective product, all applicable shipping costs will be refunded along with the product cost. 

You must include a copy of your packing list with any return. Please state the reason for the return on the packing list. No return authorization is required.
